We currently ship Withing the USA and specifc international loactions. If your location is not listed during checkout, we may not currently offer service to that area.


3. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

AfroBabyCo is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier delays, or issues at customs.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If unresolved, contact us at support@afrobabyco.com and we will do our best to assist.


7. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of returns, exchanges, or refused packages, unless otherwise stated by AfroBabyCo.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. AfroBabyCo does not cover these charges.
